When messages are sent through this system, your email address is encrypted and thus is not viewable by other recipients.  The Preston Meadow HOA Mailing List is completely opposed to SPAM, and will not send you unnecessary frivolous emails.  You will only receive messages from this list when the Home Owners Association, Board of Directors, or Association Committees feel there is an an announcement or issue that needs your attention as a homeowner in Preston Meadow.

SURVEYS AND OTHER ONLINE FORMS: The information provided in your survey or online form is sent via encoded email to a designated board member.  This information is handled the same way as the Mailing List information.
