Recently one of the residents had the back window of their car broken out and a package was stolen out of the car. Please remove all items from cars that are parked in the driveways or on the street.

Write-in candidates and candidates nominated from the floor may obtain a Candidate Profile and Candidate Guideline by contacting Pat Marquardt. Those profiles will be available for review at the annual meeting.

The Board appointed a Bylaws & Covenants Committee a few months ago, and charged it with reviewing our Bylaws & Covenants, as well as any Control Bulletins. The Committee started on the Fence and Vehicle Parking Control Bulletins issued last year.
It is the Committee’s recommendation that both the Fence and Vehicle Parking Control Bulletins issued in 2007 be repealed. The Committee feels that in the case of Vehicle Parking, the original covenant is sufficient. In the case of Fences, the Committee has prepared the attached PROPOSED Control Bulletin 2008 – 1. The Board asks all homeowners to read the proposed Control Bulletin carefully and send your comments to the Committee chair, Leonard Metters at circle@alumni.virginia.edu before April 15th. The Board will consider all the feedback and determine whether the proposed Control Bulletin should be issued as is or modified, so please give us your thoughts. See attached (Control Bulletin 2008-1).
